a. General Refund Policy

  • $100 Deposit:
    The $100 deposit for courses is non-refundable.
  • Course Refunds:
    • Full refunds for the remaining balance are available if a written request is submitted prior to the course start date.
    • No refunds will be issued after the course begins.
  • Optional Services:
    Fees for optional services (e.g., Trading Challenge, 1-on-1 sessions) are non-refundable once booked.

b. Educational Programs

  • Refund requests for training programs must be submitted before the course start date.
  • Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance once the program has commenced.

c. Subscription Services

  • Refunds for subscription-based services are only available if technical issues prevent usage of the service and remain unresolved within 2 days of reporting the issue.

d. Digital Products and Tools

  • Digital tools, indicators, or software purchases are non-refundable due to immediate access.
  • Refunds for defective products will be handled on a case-by-case basis if unresolved by our support team.

2. Course Rescheduling

  • Students unable to attend a course may transfer their enrollment to the next available session, subject to availability.
  • Requests for rescheduling must be submitted in writing at least 5 days prior to the course start date.

3. Missed Classes

  • Missed classes can be made up through 1-on-1 personal training at the listed hourly rate.
  • Arrangements for makeup sessions must be scheduled directly with our team.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact Us: Submit a written refund request via email at support@tickflowfutures.com, including proof of purchase and the reason for your request.
  2. Review: Refund requests will be reviewed within 1-2 business days.
  3. Approval/Denial: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days. If denied, you will receive an explanation of the decision.

5. Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Failure to cancel subscription services before renewal.
  • Dissatisfaction with digital products after they have been downloaded or accessed.
  • Non-attendance of live training sessions or events without prior notice.
