Welcome to the Tickflow Futures Inc. Affiliate Program (the “Program”). This agreement outlines the terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”) for participation in our Program. By signing up as an Affiliate, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not participate in the Program.

1. Agreement and Termination

  1. Agreement Scope
    • These Terms of Service govern the relationship between Tickflow Futures Inc. (“We,” “Our,” or “Company”) and the Affiliate (“You,” “Your”).
    • Participation in the Program is contingent upon your acceptance of and compliance with these terms.
  2. Termination
    • Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice.
    • Upon termination, you must cease all promotional activities related to Tickflow Futures Inc. and remove any materials referencing our Program.

2. Affiliate Enrollment and Management

  1. Offline Onboarding Process
    • Participation in the Program requires direct communication and approval from Tickflow Futures Inc.
    • Interested Affiliates must complete and submit the necessary application forms offline, including proof of identity and any requested documentation.
  2. Approval Process
    • Applications are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Tickflow Futures Inc. reserves the right to reject any application for any reason.
  3. Affiliate Code Assignment
    • Once approved, Affiliates are assigned a unique Affiliate Code for tracking referrals and commissions.

3. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the Program, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Reside in a jurisdiction where futures trading and affiliate activities are legal.
  • Operate in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Be approved by Tickflow Futures Inc. through our offline onboarding process.

4. Program Guidelines

  1. Use of Materials
    • Affiliates may receive printed or digital promotional materials directly from Tickflow Futures Inc.
    • Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that all promotional activities align with these Terms of Service.
  2. Tracking Referrals
    • Referrals are tracked using unique Affiliate Codes provided by Tickflow Futures Inc.
    • Commissions are earned only for referrals that result in qualifying purchases verified through these codes.
  3. Prohibited Activities
    • Affiliates may not engage in misleading or unethical promotional practices, including:
      • False advertising.
      • Misrepresentation of their relationship with Tickflow Futures Inc.
      • Aggressive or unsolicited marketing techniques.

5. Referral Commissions and Payments

  1. Commission Structure
    • Referral commissions are based on qualifying purchases made by referred customers.
    • Details of commission rates and eligible products will be provided upon acceptance into the Program.
  2. Payment Terms
    • Commissions are paid monthly, provided that the total earnings exceed $150.
    • Payments are made through approved offline methods, such as bank transfers or checks or wire transfer.
  3. Disqualification of Commissions
    • Commissions generated through fraudulent, illegal, or unethical means will be disqualified.

6. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates are solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy and appropriateness of any promotional materials they create.
  • Compliance with local laws and regulations, including data protection and advertising standards.
  • Safeguarding their Affiliate Code to prevent misuse.

7. Customer Relationship

  • Customers referred through the Program remain the sole customers of Tickflow Futures Inc.
  • All customer interactions, orders, and inquiries will be managed exclusively by Tickflow Futures Inc.
  • Product pricing, availability, and policies are subject to change without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tickflow Futures Inc. is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.
  • Loss of potential earnings due to tracking errors, delays, or omissions.
  • Actions or omissions by the Affiliate that result in loss of reputation or damages.

9. Compliance with Laws

Affiliates agree to:

  • Operate in full compliance with all applicable laws, including but not limited to advertising, anti-spam, and privacy regulations.
  • Disclose their affiliate relationship with Tickflow Futures Inc. in all promotional activities.

10. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from participation in the Program will be resolved through confidential arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Tickflow Futures Inc. may seek injunctive relief for intellectual property violations in state or federal courts.

11. Modifications to the Program

Tickflow Futures Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. Changes will be communicated to Affiliates directly.
